Veteran and ceramicist Ehren Tool will be in residency at the Elmhurst Art Museum. Meet him while he works in the museum's lobby during the museum's open hour through July 30. Tool is a Marine Corps veteran of the 1991 Gulf War. He received his MFA from UC Berkeley in 2005, and has made and given away more than 27,000 ceramic cups. His work is heavily influenced by his time in the Marine Corps and the ways that military and civilian cultures collude and collide. Visiting the museum is always free for veterans and active military members. (Submitted photo)
