Bring your lawn chairs out to the Village Green to continue everyone’s favorite Thursday summer tradition: Rock ‘N Wheels Bike & Car Cruise Night.
From 6 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 25 (weather permitting), the Village of Addison will be putting on a free concert with high energy, heavy metal rock and a national act.
Headlining the evening will be the original voice of Skid Row, Sebastian Bach. Bach has penned and voiced some of the most iconic anthems in rock history, including generational hits like “18 and Life,” “I Remember You,” “Youth Gone Wild” and “Slave to the Grind” to name a few.
With a versatile catalogue and inimitable presence, Bach has had a career that has left an unmistakable imprint on music. Witness the man who has toppled charts live on the 95.9 The River FM take the stage at Rock ‘N Wheels.
Getting the stage warmed up will be Judas Rising, a Judas Priest tribute band that is setting the heavy metal scene at 6:30 p.m.
Continuing the evening will be a Spinning Wheel demo done by Rebecca Tulloch in front of the Addison Historical Museum. Stop by the Craft and Vintage fair lining the museum buildings or come inside to enjoy exhibits of Addison’s history from 6 to 8 p.m. as well.
There will also be a chance to ring the historic fire bell to celebrate America 250!
Food, beverages, and ice cream will be available for purchase from Addison's very own: 601 Bar & Grill, Barbara's Polish Deli, Italian Bakery, El Ancla Mariscos, Muggs-N-Manor, Tacos Puebla, and Dunkley's Tavern.
Additionally, stop by the car show located at Green Meadow Shopping Center where you can see classic cars in the spots along Lake Street only. Additionally, custom bikes can park on the East side of May Street to be viewed as well.
