On June 27, IC Catholic Prep students gathered to celebrate Father Jeremy Leganski’s final 4:30 p.m. Saturday Mass as the school’s chaplain and parochial vicar of Immaculate Conception Parish. Bishop Dennis E. Spies, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Joliet, recently appointed Father Leganski as the parochial vicar of St. Mary Catholic Church in West Chicago, effective July 1.
“Thank you, Father Jeremy, for your unwavering dedication and care for our school and parish community,” stated IC Catholic Prep in a social media post. “We are so grateful for all you’ve done and wish you every blessing as you begin your new chapter in West Chicago!”
