IC Catholic Prep girls tennis coach Dina Barsotti noted the majority of the Knights matches thus far have been postponed due to heat or rain.
“We are working hard at practice and optimistic for our upcoming matches,” she said.
Senior Katherine Anderson was 2-1 in the early going at No. 1 singles. Anderson and Leona Carmello are leading the way in the singles division for the Knights, Barsotti noted.
Seniors Lilli Castillo, Lucy Cook and Paola Michel are leading the way in doubles, Barsotti added.
