Addison police report

The Addison Police Department recently reported the following arrests and citations. Persons who are charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the victim’s privacy. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a conviction, and that suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

May 25

Martin Alvarado, 38, of Addison, was charged with DUI, driving while license expired, operating windshield wipers without headlights and no insurance at 11:38 p.m.

Michael J. Marino, 40, of Glendale Heights, was charged with DUI-drugs, following too closely, failure to reduce speed and driver’s license not on person in the 1500 block of W. Lake at 5:05 p.m.

A 44-year-old Addison man was charged with domestic battery in the 400 block of Green Oaks at 8:04 p.m.

May 24

Police said Jesus Flores, 30, of Addison, was issued a warrant for resisting a police officer in the 1-100 block of W. Elizabeth at 2:16 a.m.

A 26-year-old Glendale Heights man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of domestic battery in the 100 block of N. Addison at 4:42 a.m.

May 23

Gabriel Ezequias Perez Garcia, 22, of Addison, was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI and two counts of DUI in the 300 block of Hale at 10:01 p.m.

May 22

Asael Jaimes-Echeverria, 41, of Addison, was charged with DUI in the 300 block of Dale at 12:21 a.m.

May 20

Andy Gael Santiago-Uriostegui, 18, of Addison, was charged with two counts of reckless discharge of a firearm, while Amarion D. Sutton, 19, of Maywood, was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in the 200 block of E. North at 9:40 p.m.

Amarion D. Sutton, 19, of Maywood, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and obstructing a police officer in the 200 block of E. North at 9:35 p.m.

A 46-year-old West Chicago man was charged with two counts of domestic battery in the 500 block of Green Oaks at 12:55 a.m.

May 19

Boheng Li, 28, of Addison, was charged with DUI-drugs, unlawful possession of nitrous oxide and improper turn signal in the 200 block of E. North at 11:53 p.m.
