Addison-Bensenville police report

The Addison Police Department recently reported the following arrests and citations. Persons who are charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the victim’s privacy. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a conviction, and that suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 4

Fernando Barragan-Melchor, 25, of Addison, was charged with retail theft under $150 in the 100 block of W. Lake at 6:50 a.m.

A 24-year-old Addison man was charged with two counts of domestic battery in the 100 block of W. Michael Lane at 7:53 p.m.

Aug. 1

Jacob D. Boudrie, 43, of Hampshire, was charged with criminal damage to property and retail theft under $300 at 7:30 a.m.

Rafael Flores-Jaramillo, 55, of Addison, was charged with two counts of DUI and illegal possession/transportation of liquor near Lake and Neva at 11:20 p.m.

July 31

Gloria M. Torres, 29, of Addison, was charged with failure to reduce speed, no insurance and two counts of DUI near Army Trail and I-355 at 1:03 a.m.

July 30

Police said Jose M. Munoz, 47, of Addison, was issued a warrant near Meadows and Reed at 9:37 a.m.

Jorge L. Reyes Ortiz, 69, of Addison, was charged with aggravated DUI at 11;49 p.m.

Hannah J. Zayed, 32, of Oak Brook, was charged with two counts of DUI near Army Trail and Swift at 11:20 p.m.

July 29

Michael A. Delazzer, 32, of Addison, was charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed near Lake and northbound I-355 at 11:31 p.m.

BENSENVILLE

The Bensenville Police Department recently reported the following arrests and citations. Persons who are charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the victim’s privacy. Aug. 2, 3:15 a.m. near Supreme Drive and S. Thorndale Ave., Jose H. Ruiz-Balbuena of Bensenville was arrested for driving while license expired and two counts of DUI at 3:15 a.m.

July 29, 4:21 p.m. near S. York Road, Michael B. Henderson of Bensenville was arrested for a failure to appear warrant.
